How To Enter — To win, look around our site www.ASPE-SDLC.com and fill out the offer form to provide us feedback. Complete the form in its entirety. To take advantage of the discount the registration must be made over the phone. You are granted entry for the event only once per customer, multiple registrations will be thrown out. Registration is only valid upon form being completed and cannot be applied to previous registrations or following registrations. This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.

Selection — Winners will be directed to an online coupon after the submittal of their form. Coupons can be used on registrations for courses delivered in September — December of 2008, and cannot be applied to previous registrations or following registrations.

Prize Value is $300 off a registration for courses delivered in September — December of 2008. Coupon can be used in conjunction with other select sweepstakes and offers (excluding on-sites, Red Hat courses, or the Software Testing Certification course). No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prize will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize or any other expense not specifically described herein. This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and have a valid drivers license. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility — This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of ASPE Technology and its subsidiaries, and immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) living in the same household as employees of these organizations are ineligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and accept decisions of judges as final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The winner must have a valid U.S. identification, and provide evidence of course attendance (as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor). Winner must agree to provide reasonable requested information prior to taking possession of the prize.

Notification — Winners will be notified automatically upon the submittal of their registration form. Coupons can be used as soon as they are received.

Limitation of Liability — By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and subsidiaries and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, "Releases") from any injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded. Releases are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the web site. If in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties, or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the game be terminated or modified prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.ASPE-SDLC.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
