This 2-day hands-on course provides a strong foundational understanding of Crystal Reports XI for users new to Crystal Reports. You'll be introduced to all the major features found in this latest version and will be able to immediately apply the knowledge gained from this course to your business needs.

Hands-On labs require a Crystal Reports XI key code. The Crystal Reports XI software will be present, but each student will need to bring their own Crystal Reports XI key code to access the software.

  • Learn the basics of creating a report from scratch
  • Discover the powerful formatting features found in Crystal Reports
  • Understand how to create complex database filters with the Select Expert
  • Create multiple report groupings to best organize and subtotal data
  • Get complex record sets by joining multiple tables

  • Display data graphically through the use of charts and graphs
