Tracy Cox is Director of Raytheon Professional Services Performance Consulting, and a Raytheon Six Sigma Master Expert. Tracy served is a Six Sigma Master, assigned to IT, as well as a founding member of the Raytheon Six Sigma Institute. Tracy was a chief architect of the initial Raytheon Six Sigma curriculum. Tracy has held positions in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT. Tracy holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a MS in Manufacturing Systems Management from Southern Methodist University. Bill Russell is a PE at Raytheon and has been analyzing data for more than 25 years. He has experience in product test, failure analysis engineering, and supply chain. He is a certified Raytheon Six Sigma Expert and Motorola Black Belt. He has extensive experience helping companies apply Six Sigma methods to optimize performance and reduce cost. Bill has consulted with many companies such as Motorola, Allied Signal, Texas Instruments, Honeywell and Lear, and has taught advanced statistical methods to more than 3000 engineers. Bill has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University, and an MS in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University
Collin Reeves is a Supplier Technical Consultant for Raytheon. He has consulted with over 40 firms on a variety of cost reduction strategies. His analytical, costdriven approach to the selection and prioritization of improvement efforts has consistently yielded large savings. He has worked for 13 years with Raytheon, combining the best cost-reduction methodologies with supplier product expertise. He achieved certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Texas Instruments and as a Six Sigma Expert from Raytheon. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
