Meet your instructors

Jeannine McConnell, PMP, has over 25 years in the software industry. Working initially as a software developer, then lead developer and senior analyst of commercial payroll and human resource applications, she then migrated towards software design and project management. A desire to have high quality software releases led to time spent in configuration management, quality management and process engineering. She has most recently been involved in mentoring Fortune 100 companies in requirements management and software development best practices, as well as performing software process assessments. She is actively involved in training project management certification, project management best practices and better requirements management.

Norma Ribich, PMP, is the principal of Ribich Training and Consulting, LLC. She has worked in the healthcare and IT sectors for the last 25 years, as a Business Administrator, Business Analyst and Project Manager. She has managed medical clinics, been Project Manager for medical management software companies and worked closely in the managed care and hospital environments. She has been Information Services Director for a large 25 location, multi-specialty clinic and has created project management methodologies for software companies' web development projects where none existed. Norma is a Master Trainer training for both the PMP certification and Project Management on-line courses. She trains Business Analysis workshops and is skilled in operational procedures, account management, issue resolution and customer relations. A member of the Association of Professionals in Business Management (APBM) and the Project Management Institute(PMI), Norma has written articles published in Leadership vs. Management and The Value of Earned Value Management.
