Steve Davis
Steve Davis has over 12 years of professional information technology experience, and hands-on experience with all aspects of the application development cycle utilizing a myriad of methodologies. Steve has experience as a business analyst, technical analyst, systems engineer and project lead. He has participated in the development and deployment of large enterprise systems such as SAP as well as custom built ecommerce solutions. As a Director of Professional Services, Steve demonstrated an ability to work at a very detailed level coaching project teams while communicating effectively and building trust with senior executives. In that capacity Steve led teams which deployed and supported technology solutions to over 50 ecommerce and retail customers. He has significant experience with PMO Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Team Development, Business Analysis, and more. An outstanding leader with proven mentoring, team building, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, he also has over three years of Agile Implementation, Coaching and Training experience, working with over 30 Agile team, and working with organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 50 to startup. Steve is currently a Certified Scrum Practitioner.
