Meet your instructor:

Mini Kirtane, PMP is an IT professional with 24 years experience and is the founder principal of a performance improvement consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. Her team analyzes business problems, designs performance improvement solutions and facilitates training programs for corporations and government agencies. Clients include Shell, Transco, Tenneco,Duke Energy, Chevron Texaco, Citigroup, Koch Energy, Harris County,Yahoo, Apple etc. She has facilitated 200 plus workshops and seminars inUS and Europe.

She is a PMP (certified by the PMI), a CBAP (certified by the IIBA) and a Certified ScrumMaster (certified by the Scrum Alliance). Mini has earned a Master’s in Business Administration (major in Finance and MIS) from University of Texas at Austin.

Mini can clearly relate industry best practices, business strategy, process design, and personal performance improvement solutions to students. She has successfully improved performance and organizational efficiency in many industries. She has many years of experience, in eliciting, documenting and managing requirements for IT projects. An engaging speaker and dynamic facilitator, Mini has the ability to make the material come alive.
