James York,

Jim has developed and managed quality assurance programs from both customer and in-house development sides, resulting in substantial savings and a better product. Jim has worked with IMNET Corporation, Encore Computer, EnMasse Computer Firms among others. Other companies that have relied on his expertise include: JC Penny, Boston Scientific, H&R Block, BMW, Manitoba Lotteries and more. Jim’s years of teaching experience includes areas of hardware software applications, quality assurance and support.
