Robert D. Keith, PMP, has more than 30 years of Information Technology expertise, encompassing business analysis and process development and delivery, project management, and program management consulting. As a Senior Manager, Director and Associate Partner of Coopers and Lybrand, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and IBM, Bob successfully consulted with more than seventy Fortune 500 organizations as well as local, State and Federal government institutions. He has taught over 400 seminars on business analysis, project management, and IT process, including analytical techniques, process and data modeling, requirements management, project management (including PMI specific) and project estimating, risk management, communications, and IT process.
Juan Santa-Coloma, a Senior Manager in E&Y’s SAP practice was responsible for leading teams of consultants and clients in designing the future state business process model built on SAP’s processes and functionality, and in delivery of end user training and business change programs. As a Director at PriceWaterCoopers was responsible for training and deployment of system development methodology. He was also responsible for working with clients in re-engineering their internal system development life-cycle processes based on the method’s best practices and techniques.
