CCVP (Cisco Certified Voice Professional) Certification Boot Camp
ACIPT (Administering Cisco IP Telephony)
The CCVP Boot Camp is an intense 14-day program that provides the skills and knowledge necessary to pass multiple Cisco Specialization exams as well as the CCVP certification. It also provides a solid foundation to prep for the CCIE Voice exam.
The ACIPT course is a 4-day program that covers administration skills and knowledge for both CallManager 4.0 and Unity. In this program, you will learn how to manage and administer your Cisco IP Telephony system after the install, when the moves, add, changes, and reporting become required day-to-day work. This is the only Cisco program offering both CallManager and Unity administration content.
